MMA Krav Maga founded by Ricky Manetta is real time Krav Maga training combined with MMA techniques and fighting drills.
The reason Krav Maga (KM) is so effective on the street is that there are no rules to fighting for your life. Strikes and blows generally outlawed in sports and competition are utilized by KM for maximum effect.
KM teaches realistic Self Defence against Fighting attacks that may happen in social settings like pubs, clubs and bars etc as well as in the streets and outdoor settings. The principle is being albe to defend yourself to the extreme – KM has been born and improvised in an environment that shows no mercy.
Paul has been training MMA Krav Maga under Ricky Manetta since 2013 and has taught self defence workshops in Capetown, South Africa and also runs regular classes in the Essex and East Sussex areas, as well as children's self defence classes, bootcamps and womens only self defence groups.
